Makes complete sense that the light bars have a narrow tip, whole point of the light bar is to be light and if it has the wide tip the bar needs to have that much more material to make the rails meet up to they wide tip.

Don’t have any worries buying from Dan. Even though it came from Greece he mailed it 7/22 and it arrived 7 days later! That’s faster than mailing to other states. Thanks Dan

Got a couple more the 25" and about five 20". Also, I can get the previous edition ES bars in 25, 30 and 36--.063, 3/8 for those guys that prefer the more classic Stihl look.

A 25” on that ported 9010 you found me would probably cut pretty quick.

Got a few more of these 25" and plenty of the 20". By the way, the 25" is the only factory "big belly" offered by Stihl these days.

I've just compared the one on the MS500i to my other ES bars and it's probably 5mm wider at the center of the bar.
