I am surprised no one gave me a hard time for having my front tires on backwards! In the dunes I like it better this way, though I want to find some single rib front sand tire, nobody makes them anymore!
First ride, Only issues was that the clutch slipped, and she needs more tire! View attachment 181921View attachment 181922 View attachment 181923View attachment 181924 View attachment 181925

Not brand new but low hours! I was digging through my stash of parts, and I have a hopefull solution, if I take the thicker fiber plates of of one kit and the thicker steels out of another, it should make for a stout clutch! Going to swap it out tonightIs the clutch new?

Looks like a blastFirst real ride went great, clutch held, maybe slipping once or twice but not bad! Suspension was awesome and nothing fell off or broke! Lol it was a tone of fun! And the weather was beautiful today!

Just replacing the piston and rings. Cylinder is in great shape. Have the new piston in and started up tonight, the compression is back up to 235psi, and it kicks over hard, once broken in, it stays the same, but kicks over a lot easier, it still kicked 230psi but felt like 175psi. It’s weird. Motor kinda felt like it lost some lowend and likes to rev harder. Just trying to keep her fresh. It’s probably fastest mid live on the piston, at least the way I do things. Are you replacing the piston and rings? Do you have to have the cylinder bored again?
