Got the 450 rear breaks, only had to add a washer behind the break hub to get everything to line up! It went well! Can’t believe it fit that easy!

Something in my memory says you use the rotor and had hub off a 450 to make it all fit.

Thanks it is all 450 stuff, When I was reading up online, some guys, Were having. to shim the caliper, some it just fit and some shimmed the brake hub, I am guessing that there is some variations in the bearing carrier spacers or manufacturing inconsistencies. I was seeing more people had to put spacer(washers) to shim the caliper out

Another option is a JJ&A axle with their keyed hubs swapping stuff around is pretty simple.

Ya that’s true! I think if I upgrade it will be to a +4 axle, the tusk +4 400ex axle is only $200 it I need to get 400ex hubs

Are some of the tree shots that wide now? Some of the ones I went down a stock width 400ex axle would of barely cleared.

There are still a few tight ones, but now all the side by sides are trying to go everywhere, they have ruined/widened most of the trails

It been slow going, have had a bunch of other work, had a couple of good customer have bikes go down In semi epic fashion! Lol Got a little time today, so I worked on my rear master cylinder, had to do a few minor mods, extend the shaft and drill out the mounting holes in the master(the 450 master has threads vs through holes)
The company that sold me the break line, sent me a 450 break line instead of a 250r one, so putting the 450 master saves the situation! Lol 0A0AAD00-46EB-49BE-B62D-6F269DBD26B2.jpeg4797B464-2BFE-492A-8BA4-C3BF678FB2CE.jpeg 353DF077-2DAD-4F51-ADFD-3DD69B255B18.jpeg

Got some small parts today and my cylinder back from my machinest, i wanted to have it torque plate honed, I am glade I took it to him instead of running it! The piston calls for .0036 clearance and the bore was .003, a friend made me the torque plate, it really makes a difference in piston life! 0BB31DB6-C2BE-476D-98BB-8292F56CC56F.jpeg45584D07-658F-4BA7-A656-EB0CC87CCADB.jpeg

I ordered a billet transmission from Led racing on Thursday , he has to make a couple of coller bearing, should be here this week, that’s the last thing I was waiting for on the 363.

Does Hinson have a clutch for this?
There are several clutch kits available, I am not worried about it too bad, it’s just probably the weakest point, I can always do a lockout if necessary, I already have it Hinson basket and a good clutch with Esr Racing springs and that seems to hold the power pretty well So far!

Shouldn’t need a lockout at that power, I could probably look at the order from my Sphinx still for the clutch setup if you’re interested. I want to say it was Barnett stuff with some stock and a Barnett basket seems like the Hinson ones had wear issues.
