Where's good place to find 1/4 pitch .050 gauge chain?

What’s the plan? I run it on a 200 rear handle and like it. I have other saws for bigger chores. Works great on the little guy.

I have an old 015 that takes 1/4 .050 72dl...I've had a hard time finding that and I'm fighting converting it..
Local shop ran a sales add a few years back..it said "any chain, 7.99" or something like that..I went in and threw old or down..they weren't happy...honored the add though..the following year, same shop, same add, with a notation..."unless special order"..

I think a Wanted to Buy ad here in the classifieds would get you some hits. I have a 75 DL, Stihl, used but decent, you can have for price of shipping. Mine takes 80 dl on a 16” bar. Maybe find someone to shorten it?

Thank you, I appreciate the offer man. I'll try the want to buy adds first.

If you look hard enough on flea bay you can find the precut loops for the 015 Stihl .At one time Oregon made 1/4" in chisel ,full and skip .Ralph Nader believe it or not had it taken off the market ,claimed it was unsafe .Claimed the little saws that used it were used by home owners who lacked the experience to use it .Failed to realize tree trimmers used those same saws .My Poulan s 25 DA originally had 1/4" which I later changed to 3/8" lo pro when 1/4" became hard to find .I have the clutch drum some place for 1/4" because I seldom throw anything away .

I didn't know that Nader was the reason, but he was a dipstick on everything else, so it makes sense.
