Yeah, they still make them for some concrete saws. Look at ebay too, they have some for sale there.

It doesnt specifically name the 084 but the saws it names, are named when you look up the decomp, so i assume itll fit.

What is the exact size of it ? The reason I ask is some automotive engines use straight threaded flanged plugs in assembley .Might work, might not .Post it up,I might have a source if the size is right .
That aside I would think a plugged decomp on a 084 would be about like rope starting a Harley . Might take a kick starter .

Cheap enough to try. A lot of the 84 are lower compression than the 88s. This 1 I have will bite you. Not sure what's going on with it. It only fires on prime.

. This 1 I have will bite you. .
Mine will come back on you too on occasion .That's why it has a D handle .
Now then if that IPL is correct which it can be assumed it is according to the sealing ring being 6.5 by 9.5 mm it could be assumed the decomp is 6 MM.Seems kind of small because I think most are M10 by 1 thread size .Unless it sits down in the hole rather than seal on a flange .
Now if it is M10 thread size there's a zillion plugs on flea bay ,sealing ring under the flange or bolt head as may be the case .
