Trying to touch base with ladrhog on the one.

Ted also thought he might have one.

Thanks for looking out.

Keith, are you getting the number off the fuel tank or from under the rear hand guard?

The reason I ask is that all the tanks I have here are 1122 791 1001A or *C .... some of them still have the EPA stickers on them .... the 'A' tanks are from 066s and the 'C' tanks are from 660s ...

I pulled the number from mediacat. I don't have the saw in hand yet. If you look at Jockeyduece's post: 1122 350 0816 is the latest replacement tank for the flat top saws....0817 is the wide tank like the 660 uses

The tank marked 1000 will work as that's the narrow tank "Marked" number.......Early 066 or 064 will all work, but there are variations in fuel line style.....Also intake boot designs, but that relates to the air box which can be changed.

Can you post a pic of the one you have?

Here's my second option, no letter designation and looks to be for a Red Light:

Ted....I'm pretty sure your first pic is a late wide tank....The red light tank will for sure be correct, but it's an opaque tank. If someone is fussy about that. :)

If you stick a tape measure across the air box mounting area, I think you'll find your one without the air box is wider than the red light tank.

Ok, I'm learning here. First one is a late 066 tank .... and it's wider than RL tank.

Thanks Chuck. I have a couple lines out now. Is yours the early style? I've been told the newer ones don't fit. My friends saw is a red light series with the metal air filter base. I would not be able to wait until October though.
