Is it possible with this design? Can't file the ramp with this cap sticking out

I am also interested in an oiler mod for an 066 and how to do it.

Anyone got some info and/or pics?

I've done several. Pictures are on my pc and other sites but not AS.

You can file the ramp some around the stem. Its not that hard. .015" is all you need.

Yes can be done I had a link to an old thread from AS, none of them work anymore,,, Also curious to see them again. Had all the Stihl part numbers for the west coast plunger/piston upgrade

The 066 ipl shows the Australian plunger and control bolt. Whether they're still available or not idk.

Pull the plunger and steepen the ramp and enlarge all the passage ways.

If the parts are the same as those on the 660, these are the numbers:

HO Oiler (AUS)

Oil Pump (AUS) - 1122 640 3201 (entire assembly)

Piston - 1122 647 0602
Control Bolt - 1128 647 4802

O-Ring for the Control Bolt - 9646 945 0160 (need 2)

Roll Pin - 9380 620 1090

Might want to get the oil hose output kit, too. I don't have the PN for the kit.

Well being in Australia, I wonder if mine already have high output oilers on them

They will chew 80 to 90% of a tank of oil to a tank of fuel when wound wide open
It sure seemed to oil my 42" bar when I used it
