*** the 1994 Stihl 064/066 Spare Parts List shows this as being for the 066 and I have an original 066 red light with this brake handle but Jason has a brake handle labelled 9106 that is a wrap brake handle for the 064. If anyone can shed some light on this anomaly that would be great.

He sent me a picture of a standard 064 9100 handle with this 9106 and they are very similar in width.

This is my 066 red light with the 9106 next to one of my 064s with the 9105.

I looked really good at it and it hasn't been modified so I don't know if it's labeled wrong or what,I have a 9105 also but this one has a different angle than it.

It absolutely won't fit a 066,it's to narrow.
Fits a 064 perfect.

I just torn down a short case 066 and it has the 9103 brake handle and a ms 660 brake handle and there the same part number they both have 1/2 wrap handles

both of my 064 have 9100 brake handle one with the 3/4 wrap handle and brake works great the other has a 1/2 wrap handle

On the 064 you need the 9105 brake handle to go with the older style top handle right but if you use a new 3/4 wrap with the angled top handle section it will fit with the standard 064 brake handle right?

All of the IPLs I found from different eras only show the FULL wrap for Canada, does anyone know if they can still be bought in Canada or if the base mount is still available there?
1122 791 4500 is the spacer base mount.

It's a wrap flag that's for a red light 066 but it don't fit on a 066,it fits a 064.
064 wrap flag is 9105,I have one on my 064. I haven't figured it out yet

I'm building a short case poly flywheel 066 that had 1122 792 9103 brake flag. This will be a half wrap handle saw - I see a lot of the other numbers, but what will work? This case didn't have a handle bar on it.

Didn’t know which thread to ask this in but this one seemed most appropriate, allbeit a little old.
I have this 066 with an odd looking brake handle, its part number is 1122 792 9104 which I could not find in this thread.
Would the one on the right be for a wrap handle?
The angle seems off compared to the normal handle on the 660 on the left.

It also has a crack in it on the pto side, but is still functional so I’m unsure whether to replace it or not.

It looks like it would be correct for the old-style 3/4 wrap (which is straight-across) or any of the aftermarket full-wrap handles.

The newer style 3/4 wrap handle is angled like the half-wrap handles so you can use the same brake handle for either.
