Here we go fellas.

Courtesty of @Glock37 we have newly powdered cases, recoil housing, muffler and 3/4 wrap. Mike does excellent powder work. If anyone ever needs parts powdercoated Mike is the guy you need to talk to.
I modified the muffler prior to sending it for powder. I'll show more of the muffler a bit later.

After powder coating every screw hole needs to be cleaned out to get rid of any blasting debri. I chased the threads in every screw hole on both case halves.

Starting the recoil assembly. First things first, gotta get that new badge on. I used a fairly blunt center punch to flare the rivets.

Couple drops of blue loctite on the threads and the axle can be installed.
Recoil spring installed

Rope pulley is in really good condition so it went back into service.
Don't forget this super thin washer.

FW shroud installed and the recoil assembly is ready to go

Let's get the fuel tank/handle assembly ready.
Starting with a bare tank.
Make sure rubber tank vent valve is good. If this rubber stopper valve is bad the tank vent will leak fuel

Putting the tank vent together. I used a short piece on tygon hose. The 2 grub screws get PUSHED into the hose.

New fuel line and impulse line.
A little lube and in they go

New intake manifold, ring and sleeve installed. Notice the ring is marked top

Master control switch going in. It gets secured with 1 flat head screw in the side of the carb box.

Throttle trigger assembly.
Make sure you don't forget the spring.
Trigger axle just gets tapped into place

Operator presence lever installed. Note the spring gets secured under the plastic tab.
Handle molding goes on like so and gets secured with 1 screw from the underside of the handle
