You forgot the 8mm one....makes nice work in a 200T....oh snap.....they don't need too much port work o_O

I port quite a few 200Ts.... they turn up really well. :)

So I may be jumping the gun alittle on this thread, but what carbs do you prefer on these? I have a very nice metal tagged red levered 026 that I wanted to add a 038 or 044 carb with velocity stack. I would make a backing plate just like a 044/46/64 and 66 have already. Is it worth doing these mods or can you achieve the same results out of lets say a wt194?View attachment 5598

We have one with a 044 carb. No air filter though.....

It may jump a bit if tested at a lower elevation

They normally blow 225 here.

How's the weather Randy (rain or ice)? Looks a little moist for a video. Nice work and Ol' Jon is quite the tinsmith!

Whoa whoa whoa stop the clock are you sayin ya port the 200t?
Can I send ya a rear handle ms200?
I was under the apparently misguided impression that they weren't "improve-able"

I did mine last week with a gasket delete and it runs pretty sporty now....
Also that 2nd carb works fine In It so far Dave. Both worked great ! Thanks.

I do, somtimes you just get a stubborn one.:cursing:

The little 8mm ones are the most fun !!!
I've found that not all clips are created equal. But the OEM Stihl ones are the most consistent. The circlip tool really helps when your right hand is carpal tunnel numb and yer eyes are bad and yer just an awnry old dude ..like me !!!

Your twin from NY agrees. I got that slight age and beauty edge on ya though.
