    SOLD 084 crankcase

Bought this with the sole intention of using the rod, then I found a source for new rods. Overall it looks good, used but good. I picked it up for $150 plus shipping. I figure I’ll pass it on for the same, $150 plus shipping

    SOLD MMWS 261C

I’m second owner and neither of us ran this much at all. I have too many 50cc saws. It’s nice but doesn’t need a life of sitting on a shelf, it needs an owner that will use it. If anybody wants different pics, better cleaned up pics or more useful info just ask. Just did a quick wipe down so it...

    No more Falicon cranks

Just logged on to Falicon website to get the spec sheet so I could send out my crank, says they are no longer doing crank work. Moving from FL to OH. Kinda slows up my build progress a bit. Anybody know any more info? I'll be calling them Monday just to check.

    WANTED 3120xp cylinders

I’m looking for damaged cylinders. As long as they’re not busted all to pieces. Stripped threads are fine, gouges in bore, plating destroyed, beat up head, stripped plug hole all okay. Pretty much anything I guess

Need PN printed on 3120 crank

I have a buddy looking through a huge parts purchase for some items. One of them is a 3120 crank but I don’t know what number is printed on the counter weight lobe. I have the assembly # but most cranks I have come across have a PN on them that is not listed anywhere. So does anybody have a...

084 rod specs and other stuff?

For those that have played, what are the dimensions of the 084 rod? Length, big end diameter, width. I’m having some ideas. Has anyone heard of other cranks besides the 3120 that people used it on?

    calling Stihl hybrid builders

I see lots of 440/460 hybrids being built but has anyone attempted a 360/044 10mm build? I can't find coneecting rod length for the 2 saws so I can't use numbers on that. The wrist pins are very close looking at the Meteor site along with the piston compression height. Makes me wonder if a...

    Meteor specs on website ?

Does anyone know what the column on their site titled compression is for? I’ve done a bunch of measuring and number crunching but can’t figure it out. I’m really looking for pin to crown specs and was hoping that might be it. That and can someone tell me a 262 top of pin to top of piston...

    Stihl IPL help please

So I’m going through ipl and having trouble deciphering some of the updated parts and service bulletin codes I think. For example, items 23 and 24, there’s an arrow then multiple numbers. The numbers are the same for two different parts. I assume those are service bulletin numbers. Any techs...

To grind piston skirt exhaust side or not?

Specifically I have a 372xt I'm working on. There is a 1/2" material before free port could happen. In my opinion most all of the skirt stress happens on the intake side. It's a heavy piston to start with so I was thinking of removing some of the exhaust skirt, about a 1/4". It would lighten it...
