Hi I have a question, should the piston pin be tight in the piston or is it ok if it moves freely? I have had both very tight ones and in a new assembly I bought it can move and if I turn the piston on its side it would drop, there is no play from what I can feel.

The locating pins on the piston on my husqvarna 2100 are on the exhaust side and I could only widen the port to about 62.5% of the bore if leaving 0,5 mm (0.02") on both sides. Is there any special reason not to flip the piston 180 degrees, from what I could see they clear the intake port and...
