I guess I'm not sure. I originally built it for ELR practical rifle matches. The 6.5 SAUM (GAP 4S) pushes a high B.C., 140 grain bullet pretty fast and is packaged in a short action. Although it has a bit more case capacity, it is similar to the factory loaded 6.5 PRC.
I run a jd 336. It makes beautiful little bricks that are great to stack. A wider pickup would be nice, but that's not the way they rolled back in 1979.
If you've got a handy man jack use it. Dig around the post and drop a double half hitched chain over it, the the other end around your jack.
