Sometimes them pumps need taken apart and cleaned the oil screen let’s alota stuff thro in my opinion and if the worm gear is stripped again it probably doesn’t have the washer that goes underneath it or the correct one.

No, I run 644-651-651sp and a 656 almost every week so I just consolidated my junk/parts saws that way I knew what was junk and what was good. I might have a 651 left together I’ll have to look.

Wish I’d seen this sooner, I just stripped down a bunch of 644-651’s.

576xp extremely smooth saw and some what well balanced but kinda remind me of a 6.0 power stroke (either they run for ever or they cost you you’re child’s collage fund) I personally own 2 of them one has needed nothing the other needed PTO bearing within 3 years. Have 3 576’s under the bench...

Me and my brothers 572’s came in Saturday serial numbers are one number off so that’s pretty special to us but otherwise very smooth power band in my opinion kind of reminds me of 576 in many ways.

I always wanted to try those out.

I cant remember what size fuel line I use for my big solos but ik I use a Stihl fuel filter. I usually by an assortment of fuel line because I never know what will come thro the door. As far as the tank breather I find fuel line that fits and a fine thread screw and lightly heat the fuel line...

Emak is the main company. If it’s anything like the older Hilti saws that I use to rebuild the crank seals and topends from Efco chainsaws will work on them I say Efco because we had a dealer near by so that’s what I bought, pay 230 for 981 top end or pay hilti 460 for the same thing Like Jacob...

Thats pretty good deal In my opinion. I just bought NOS piston and cylinder for my 143 and it was about 225.
