Was the '56 Chevy the only on that had that gas cap behind the tail light?
My Grandma had one when I was a kid.
I distinctly remember hers having that hidden filler cap. No recollection of what engine though.
I somewhat recall a magazine article about taking a 70's era 500cc Yamaha 4 stroke out to 601cc. Bored and stroked of course.
I believe that they used tungsten plugs in the crank weights for balance.
On the vibration? The writer said that the bike carburetor was set up right and bike ran...
I'll tell my small secret about shopping carts in the parking lot.
No guaranties, but I have decent enough results with it.
I usually have better luck at finding a decent rolling buggy in the parking lot.
A lot of people will leave a bad one at the store front and try finding a better rolling...
Ryan Browne. Do you still have any syrup to sell?
Apologies for dropping off the radar here. Things went a little hectic around here of late.
Have a family member in the hospital still.
dang Cellphone has just quit cooperating, so no mobile or text options for now.
I'm down to laptop and...
On cutting aluminum? One shop that I worked in, we used kerosene in a squirt bottle for milling it. Didn't leave a big mess that some lubes did.
Renting out pigs?
Guilty as charged! I tried leaving it on one station a few times in recent years .
I've driven half way across the big city (in rush hr traffic) and not heard one single #@%* song, due to all of the commercials.
Television? 4~5 minute segments and then anther 7 commercials.
I usually run the...
Dolkitafreak. I got a close family member who went into the critical care unit late Sun night.
Let me come back to this when things are a bit more sorted out.
For some reason... I'm kinda seeing the Maxell tape guy Davidwyby's chain tooth.
Anyone remember the advert with the dude sitting in the low square chair?
Mercy, having a Rorschach flashback or something I guess
A few hammer taps (something around 16~24 "Yank" ounces) on the end of the log would be interesting to hear.
I can see that this log looks pretty dry.
But I've often noticed you guys wood looks like cutting an old dry American utility pole.
Often even the chips/dust seem to come off like it...
Does anyone know how the settings are stored for the fuel trim?
I'm curious how the data is retained.
Does the memory slowly bleed off the charge and loose the data?
Is there any exposure potential for fuel or oil to contact anything and provide a pathway (however high resistance) and slowly...
Rebooted with different rigamarole. Buttons to stop emails of daily updates are visible.
I un-ticked them, we'll see if it takes.
What I don't understand is why they were ever set to "yes" in the first place.
Secondly, why the heck are they in the account details tab rather than under...
On the gas cap gaskets? I wonder if there's anything in the pesticide sprayers parts that might fit and be ok with oil and gasoline?
I'm guessing You've probably already been into any skinny O-rings that you know of.
Seems like any older trimmers with smaller caps may be old and dry, if even...
Tighten up the exhaust leaks and fab up a large diameter (bout 14" o.d.) by six ft long glasspack for it ?
No fart cannon junk, totally looking for that deep "fhump" to it.
Dear Miss Manners. In our modern and most enlightened world of today, with its new paradigms regarding victim shaming, is it still considered proper etiquette to blame ones toots on the poodles?
signed, Tactfully Pinched.
Going from what I remember seeing back in the day.
My best guess would be that it's a stiff flocked or felt type probably something made out of material like the cs302 filter.
Usually the filter had the cover stud though the middle and the the edges of the cover pinned the filter around the...
Ketchup, I don't know what your background is with the machinery, so forgive me if I'm just blathering stuff that you already know. Maybe it'll help some else sometime?
I might also add to check the worm in the sideways head tilt and loosen the nuts enough to look for soap or water or...
Is there any chance of an air filter in the stock that crosses over to an Echo 50v?
I think that Mr heimannm may be looking for one over on the Echo thread.

What shape are the ways in? If you go out sorta near the ends of table travel and snug the clamp screws then crank back to the middle 8 inches or so, does the table get too loose?
The lead screw in good shape? I seen some that would be worn enough to have 80 thou or so of "drift" from center to...
