    All Things 288XP

I put a 288 carb on 181 and IIRC I had to swap the throttle shaft because the crank cases are slightly different and the arm didn't fully engage. I put the 181 arm on a 288 tank.

    All Things 288XP

There were a couple of revisions of the cover from Husqvarna, the FT looks like the later model. Hang on to the little bits from the older one. They are hard to track down.

    Crankcase pullers/ splitters

Not the C shaped one on a 357, might work on 359. Fixed my original post

    Crankcase pullers/ splitters

I use a Husqvarna splitter, however you can't use it on a 357 due to the crank stuffers. The OEM is a bit pricey, it bolts to the side an pushes the crank out and is designed to be used on both sides. I think the c shaped one may work on a 359.

How to repair a stripped sparkplug repair?

Just won a "Vintage Heli-Coil" on E-bay, should cover my needs for the rest of my life time. About as much as a decent aftermarket cylinder kit. https://www.ebay.com/itm/324927892010?hash=item4ba7362a2a:g:BA4AAOSwEp1hr-Zk
