I got this cylinder with a bunch of 2100 and 2101 parts,and thought is was for one of those two,however the decomp hole has me baffled. anyone able to ID this cylinder?

picked up a nice "red switch' 034 super today to go with my black switch model. somebody mentioned the port timing is different on the red switch,and they are supposed to be "better' I havent A/B them yet,but is there any truth to this or is it mistaken myth?

Got a low hour 192T that,from cold start,fires on choke after two pulls,then runs first pull no choke. runs well for about 20/30 seconds then dies. Starts,then dies straightaway,then wont start. any diagnosis welcomed!
