@Gary Courtney To the best of my knowledge, the cylinders on the earliest 12mm saws with the slant find are compatible either way. The ones you don't dare use on a 10mm saw are the later straight fin cylinders.

A bit of a feeler ad. Just wondered if there's any interest in this PP455 Vent saw? No spark, piston looks good. I'd rather see it go complete than part it out....Thinking $350 usd plus shipping

I had no idea you ended up with it from John...He sort of disappeared and I would love to know how he solved it, because I tried everything including a brand new Zama on that thing. It vac tested perfectly etc...Regardless, I'm glad it has a good home with you, Steve!

Which ignition do you want?...The 285 usually has a Bosch and the 480 has an SEM type "GA"

181, 281, 288 are all the same flywheel. Only thing that ever changed was the style of pawl bolts, but they all work and the flywheel itself never changed.

One of my customers had this made at the welding shop...I think I'm going to part the saw out if you might be interested in the wrap? There's no factory wrap for the 550.
