Got this older version 028 as a non runner. Pressure/vacuum test failed miserably. Flywheel was pulled but if memory serves, that seal didn't leak....found the intake boot was torn badly. Never checked the pto side seal because of how bad the boot was ripped...pto side seal may or may not leak...
