Just a newbie question....I ordered the clutch and drum as well as 3 new springs. Can I replace the spring without removing the clutch? I think I would need to "hook" the new spring from the topside vs the factory underside configuration. I don't think it results in any clearance differences...

I see at least 2 versions of the clutch assembly available. Is there a preferred one? Also is there a preferred parts person from this site I should contact that will ship to Canada?
Was running the saw today noodling some white oak. I think I heard the rpms rev like I was running low on fuel, then it locked up to a quick stop.
Filled it with gas and it wasn't completely out.
Restarted and the chain was active at idle, So I hit the chain break and it stopped and shut down...
I have a dolmar ps6100 with a stuck clutch drum...can't get it to come off. Any ideas on what to do. The sucker won't budge with pliers on it. My apologies if I posted this in the wrong section.
