Also replaced the hard line that runs along the crossmember, under the engine, from drivers side to passenger side. While loosening the fitting on the passenger side, it twisted off from being stuck/rotted.. The new line was a pre-bent stainless steel piece, that I ordered as a kit about 6 years...

Replaced the old rubber brake hoses with stainless braided, today. I was having an issue with the brakes hanging up, and also pulling to one side or another.

Yep - that’s the one that caught my eye. Cut from both directions and save time. Also, the ability to cut a log where it lays is a big feature as well. And the 2 post, monorail setup looks simple and highly adjustable.

Those are some impressive slabs. Nice website too.

They make excellent interior lumber. And pay about .30/bdft. And the bdft add up quickly with Cottonwood! I like cutting them from time to time.

I’m really not interested in that - I like the swing blade portable mills of today for their space saving design, and maneuverability. The Turbo mill looks better to me than the Lucas, just for ease of setup and use. But I’m still just dreaming.

Probably for cutting those big ol’ Iowa Cottonwoods!
