Ok, I think I’m getting close. Ignore the rakers and gullet, I’m just focusing on setting the grind. Not the best pictures, hard to capture with my phone.

For full chisel, I set the grinder at 55-60 degrees, vise at 30-25, with the 10 agree tilt. That's on a Oregon 620

I plan to build one as soon as I start splitting wood again.

I split anything over 6". For some reason, my OWB does not like big unspilt rounds, the split woods burns better.

For multiple chains, that would be the best way. For one or two, maybe a pouch would be cheaper.

I am thinking $10 a chain, any size, depth gauges set also. I am trying to figure out an economical way to have people ship me chains. Best way would be if they send several at a time. I am try to work out the details to offer new Stihl 33RSL chain that I grind before sending out.

Those look very good, especially for converting from round. Corner might be a touch low, but you can bring it up on the next go around of filling.

I did cut with it, cuts well enough, but I know I can get things dialed in better. Yes, I have a round grinder also. I prefer square for everything, cuts much better, holds up longer. I only cut firewood, usually only a pick up load at a time, the square ground will last several trips, where...

I might take you up on that offer. I hope to have some time this weekend to make some adjustments and see how it grinds.

I haven't even got through one side... I couldn't figure how to adjust the beak out. I'll try some more adjustments next weekend.
