Hey folks can I ask your advise? I’m looking for a good saw to ride on the front of a dirt bike. I run my Husqvarna 137 w/16”pico just because it’s a starting point. 2 buddies of mine run 026 stihls (18 &20” bars) but I think they are pretty hefty to ride with. Mine rides a little better and is...
Got this from Rocco490 in summer 2016 and I've put about a dozen tanks through it since. It's a real screamer and I love running it but I find myself gravitating towards my ported 359 for an all purpose firewood saw. I don't really cut enough to justify this little beast living on my shelf.
My...
The scum bags that broke into my shed left my extra saw bars alone. Letting my unused ones go to fund a new table saw.
Sold - Stihl mount 28" Total Super bar in good condition. Used on an 066 probably less than a dozen tanks. I have a used Stihl chain to go with it.
Brand new 24" (or 25 you...
I got this here last year from Rocco490:

Wonderful saw, sounds like a darn dirt bike and has treated me well. I’ll spare you the long winded story but my shed was broken into and I lost some of my work...
Bought this from another member here on the site over the winter. It came to me with a new meteor piston and a base gasket delete but stock muffler. Squeezes about 175 psi. Long story short I just cut firewood and even though this thing pulls like a truck I do just fine with my 50-60cc saws...
Next up for grabs is a Husqvarna 359. Starts, runs, oils, brakes etc. It makes about 170lbs on my gauge at 200'. Base gasket removed and muffler moded. This one still has the plastic intake boot clip.
My MMWS 359 renders this one usless to me even though part of me wants to just hoard this one...
Selling this 350 I picked up locally. It has an air leak, as in it won't slow down and idle. The last time I tore down a clamshell to reseal I didn't have success until the 3rd try so I'm going to leave this one alone and pass it along to you. I also don't have a vac/pressure tester.
It is...
Selling a saw I picked up locally last fall. My dad used it this winter for a couple tanks and it runs great. Compression 150psi, still machine marks on piston. It has ID engravings on side of top cover, clutch cover and bottom of tank. PHO Looking for $240 shipped to lower 48. Thanks.
I haven't cleaned it one bit. P/c are toast, otherwise appears complete. Has full wrap and I think these are big dogs. Muffler is missing mounting bracket and looks like it's been welded on, probably needs replaced.
$150 PHO plus shipping from 98251
Oh, it also has stihl nuts.
This old saw was sparking just fine the other day. It would fire up and then bog down and die when I pulled the trigger, figured I needed to richen the L screw some. I put a new oiler and a new handle on and I was all excited to get her fired up today, then no spark!
I made a flywheel puller...
I don't have a good relationship with this saw, and work is a bit slow this winter so this has to go find it's new owner. Yes this is the saw from the thread. My first time running it she blew a wrist pin bearing. Tree Monkey (Scott) went above and beyond, fixed the saw for free and shipped it...
The guy I got my 1100CD from tells me the oiler quit working. Does anyone know if oiler parts from other models will fit?
Looking to replace these, thanks!
I picked this up locally in a package deal and don't need it. I put a new oregon clutch drum with rim sprocket on as the spur was well worn. 3/8" 7 pin. Starts, runs, cuts and oils nicely. Compression right around 160psi (i'm about 200 feet elevation). I got it to cold start one time on the...
Picked up a poor 371 that got too hot. Piston scored, cylinder grooved, muffler been jacked with. Also missing the muffler bracket and could use a new decomp valve as the plastic bit broke off.
The plus side is it came with a neat old husqvarna 65 with good compression and spark. We'll see if...
I'd love to own something like this. I found a pic of an old homelite but I've seen a more modern skilsaw brand aswell. Anyone have one sitting around gathering dust?
I saw this at the evergreen state fair this year. I think it's a blower attachment. Anyone ever seen something like this before? I want one!
Oh, and I saw a pretty neat carver too...
I found a Gamn' sharpener for next to nothing but it only came with the #1 burr for 3/8" picco chain. The guy said he thought that the timberline burrs work with it. Anyone know anything about this? I'd like to be able to get burrs for .325 and standard 3/8"
Thanks guys!
My 066 arrived in the mail the other day. I bought it from trooney who said it had about a half hour on it since he got it back from Tree Monkey. I strapped on a 28" bar and chain and it fired up on the 4th pull. I filled it with husqvarna bar oil and the fuel was non ethanol 92 octane mixed...
