this log has less rot around it then other oak logs i have milled. is that because it might be more heart wood or just a specific species of oak?

j have chainsaw milled and their is no comparison to a bandsaw mill. i would recommend saving up for a woodland mills bandsaw mill. but just my 2 cents….

i haven’t had time to mill anything. my wife got a travel trailer from her parents that has some water damage that is now on the top of her honey dew list. it was a project just getting it into the shop.

i’m building a 395 clone with a hyway pop up piston and jug. i know it comes with a hyway pin but i always like to put a oem in. I would gladly buy one from you!

sorry to hijack… but does anyone know part number for the 128LDX drive shaft? ipl only shows the housing…

how easily does the drive shaft slide out? i hooked up the attachment now that i got it running good. but it don’t spin…. took it back apart and it looks like something is missing in the drive shaft.

i say it’s a steal. worse case you throw a 100 oem carb on it and your in 400 for a 395 all oem!!

mine oil very well. i also heard that they usually oil good. i know the 660 and 288 kits usually have sand and grit in the pumps.
