As or even more critical is to ensure the threads starting properly and not trying to cut new and stripping out the threads that way as well.

It did require drilling the lower left hole as there is only a dimple there. I gauged it from the one under the sticker and came up with a number 32 drill bit fit perfectly.
Otherwise, just follow the directions.
