Me either. Also never said they existed. Just indicating OEM availability at about the same price given the others are "out of stock". My bad there. I meant 441. Which brings up the question of why someone would buy a 441 over a 461 in the first place anyway considering the minimal price...

They're common across the board for all the saws with that a/v setup. OEM is about the same price (or less) from a dealer when you factor in the ProLLine shipping. And let's not forget, the extra range in the 461 a/v (and the others) is actually a selling point and a desired feature by lots of...

Wow! How did I miss this? And, yes. Yes you are. LOL (kidding, of course) I try to give back for all the years of great support and golden knowledge provided by others when I can, and if it may help someone else. I've learned a lot along the way. Sharing is what it's all about now.

Walbro used lots of different check valve/main nozzles. It appears that the one for the application at hand is a single piece nozzle. It also appears that the HD Series was a fairly limited one. I have quite a bit of Walbro material but wasn't able to nail down a plain HD (without additional...

It will be an HD-18C or thereabouts. I can dig into my Walbro stuff later if you don't find a parts breakdown online first.

They refer to it as a 'valve jet'. You can just punch it out to replace it. But if you already swapped the carb...

The fuel line is another flexible connection that could possibly have a pinhole leak that closes when the saw is sitting without any stress between the tank and intake allowing it to fatten just enough to load up and die.

Dirty low needle seat or possible deformed needle? Now's when an ultra sonic can come in handy to at least give the innards a good douche. Fuel is getting by something somehow. The nozzle is just a route..., maybe with a poor fit? But if it doesn't happen when suspended, it's gotta be a/v...

A piece of nylon cord or starter rope through the plug hole is a common piston stop. And nothing wrong with a rattle gun if it's dialed down for the task -- or a little cordless one. I use a 12V Bosch that seems to have been perfectly designed for saw work. Been using it for years.
