    Oregon 27rx hyper skip

I’ve used it and Granberg chain. It takes a lot less power to pull which is probably part of the reason it’s setup like it is. It cuts nice, I think as good as Granberg in most logs. Holds an edge well, better than Granberg based on my experience. I also think it stays on the bar better...

    42” RW bar

That came out nice. One thing I’m curious about is the shape of the cut out. I wonder if it’ll stress crack in the corners. It seems like all the insets I’ve seen were oval or the end was a semi-circular shape, that could be because it’s just easier to machine or it might be to mitigate the...

    SOLD Ported Husqvarna 394XP

Decided the thin my herd a bit. This one is too nice lol. 394 XP built by @Mattyo a couple years ago. All OEM, cylinder was ported by Eric Copsey. I don’t know how much run time the cylinder had before me, if any. I’ve put 12 tanks or so through it. Strong running saw. Needs nothing that...

    Light weight .404 bar?

You could also do large mount with an adapter to the midsize but changing the nose isn’t a big deal either. I recently got a Tsumura large mount .404 for my 084 off eBay for a fair price.

What else can you share about the Efco saws? One of my parts suppliers is a dealer and I can get them for a pretty good price but have hesitated as I know exactly zip about them….

    Log splitter oil heater

Is your splitter just a standard store bought style with a rectangular tank? I’d almost want a couple smaller magnetic heaters then one larger that way you could cover more area of the tank. Also some sort of cover like a welding blanket to keep some of the heat in would help too. All that...

    WANTED Poulan 2750 choke lever

Helping a friend get a beloved saw running. After putting a kit in the carb and tuning it I found the little nubs that hold the choke lever in the carb had broke off. I don’t see any available at my usual sources. Anybody got one they’d part with? Here are a couple pics to help narrow it...

    Champion log splitter engine

Did you get some bad gas? Does the carb have a drain plug on the bowl? See if you get some water out. Also, some of those engines have a sensor that kills them when the crankcase is overfilled, mainly to keep it from running when fuel is left on for a long time and it leaks into the motor...
