Ask'n ain't likely gonna do it. If you want your saw back, I suspect your going to have to go get it yourself. I'm thinking it's nice enough that he took a fancy to it and is making all kinds of excuses to keep it. Eventually he figures on making it his I'd strongly guess.

There you have it, he cannot release the saw as it needs work and will not accept payment so he can complete said work. Looks like it's his indefinitely. See, upstanding Jim won't accept any more money for it.

No Lee, he may be a druggie, but he doesnt like to let go of saws AT ALL. I'm guessing these catch and not release tactics are how he's gotten some of the saws he has. He wants that Pioneer to be his "Precious". Mental illness that is not being professionally treated, and drug abuse are not a positive combo as we all know. Jim is a very unstable platform unfortunately and dealing with him by phone or computer is often beyond challenging. In person he seems to be much better to deal with, though getting him person can be another challenge. I have stated before and through my personal experiences with Jim, believe if Clint really wants the saw, he will have to personally retrieve it. The trick will be getting him to come to the door, even if he agreed to prior to the trip up there. It was really an unreal non-logical experience for me. Drive two hours down with an agreed upon time and then you get the "I cannot see you today" experience multiple times.

I have no experiences with Jim, You know him better than me. Just stating that the
saw may have been sold to fund his bad habits. Hence why he has avoided all with
the folks he has current dealings with that can't seem to get there saw back or even
communicate with.
