That's what I did, then there's the second machine, because they're like files, gotta have more than one just in case lol.
I picked up a Super Jolly for rakers and most of my sharpening. If I know I’m cutting clean wood I’ll take some square along

Try a pro sharp or something along those lines you’ll never use a swingarm style grinder again it’s amazing how much more accurate they are.

I'm pretty sure that I can make any shape tooth I want with the file or my swingarm.
I've tried Dans @paragonbuilder Silvey ................Can do the same with it
Not sure where one machine is more accurate than the other grinder ?

It’s the way it comes in and feeds the tooth into the wheel as well as there’s always play in a swingarm setup. Years ago we had a swingarm before purchasing the pro sharp you notice a difference in the quality of the grind there’s more adjustment available to the operator.

After you put one of Shawn’s kits on the RS2, it’s a whole new machine.

They were a good machine too, every setup the ladder you went the more features and adjustments you got. To for an idea I remember seeing the swingarm for 500 and the pro sharp was 1500.

I’d love to have a pro sharp, but I’m not payin that kind of money. Espeacially since I don’t cut near enough to justify it. Awesome machine I bet though

This.
And I'm sure you cut more than I do, I just enjoy playing.

Is there the companies out there that do nothing but falling like out here?

20191213_100647.jpg I grabbed a round file this morning and tried to even out the cutters on my chain I'm practicing on. Didn't leave a whole lot after matching the shortest cutter. May turn into a play chain and pick up a new one to try for firewood.

77DL 404 RS round to square with cleaned gullets in 20 minutes. Every cutter, without fail as nice as this

20 minutes !!!!!!

I can do the exact same thing with the file, but it’d take me a month to do
