Does your saw need something yet to be able to run? I don't have any Pioneer stuffs, but maybe we can find what it needs, if that's all it is.
Jim says, when the cylinder was blasted and cleaned up, the decomp threads were blasted away, and now the decomp will not hold properly.

Either a cylinder, or a timesert kit to fix the hole. As far as I’m concerned...whatever shape the saw is in...if Clint wants it back, he should have it back.

I doubt it needs a cylinder. The long compression release from a 3120K would probably work fine - the base on those is larger than the SAE compression releases that come on the Pioneers.

The hole would have to be threaded for the metric 3120k release. I think the threads are m8 x 1.5.

If that will work, I have a new long decompression valve here.
Standard thread like other decomps

Since the decomps are such a tiny pitch at 10mm x 1.0 an installed heli-coil's hole isn't bigger than the standard crush washer that comes on them.

Well.....he said that, then he said it wasn't a problem, then he said it was.......

Jim is a few french fries short of a happy meal if you ask me.
