Well the results are in. . . . Laying the Tsumara on top of the Stihl the issues glare at you. The Tsumara is shorter and has a narrower tail profile.
It's clearly an issue for someone expecting a direct replacement.

It would be interesting to hear from Tsumura to learn if these were intentional differences; if they think there are performance advantages; if they designed the bar for another saw and just made a STIHL version; etc. Of course, they could have still made a different profile bar, and tweaked it to take the common size chain loop.

Just ran into this. I'm trying to put a 32" Tsumura Light and Tough on a Stihl 461. The bar is almost adjusted out as far as it will go. When just spinning the chain by hand in the same direction the engine would spin it, it wants to climb out of the bar grove on the top of the bar. I'm guessing because of the distance between the rim sprocket and the bar, but I don't know..... Pretty disappoint for a bar that cost $140 bucks

Take out a couple of links??? Does the bar drive link match up to your chain?

I have had a few tsumura bars do the same thing. Groove might be a little tight or the clear coat gets down in the rail and keeps the chain up a little out of the groove. Usually a few good piss revs will seat it. Then tension the chain again.

Maybe that is not what's happening to you.

How many dl on your chain, is it a new chain ?
It seems a bit odd that it’s adjusted almost fully out.
Pics help as well o_O

As stated previously by others, you are running in to a chain fitment problem, not a bar problem. You need to remove at least one drive link, if not two. My Tsumura stated clearly 102E vs the 105 many other 32's use.
