This stuff you get into you can be challenging on this old stuff and can drive you bonkers .The Ollie has the most pizz poor pulley set up I've ever seen .The pulleys are stamped steel which is the cheapest method of any .They should have been cast iron .The crank pulley is a two piece where you rotate it to tighten the pulley width .
As luck the crank pulley has jacking bolt holes but it was so rusted up I had to heat it with a torch to get it apart .Sanded the thing with a flap wheel and never seezed it ..The double fan pulley was worn so thin I had to land the replacement from flea bay which is Oliver 77
I thought the main belt was 5/8" by 36" but it was a tad short, a 37" should be here soon .If it isn't one thing it's another .If that doesn't get it I suppose I'll need a 38".They are cheap, about 8-9 bucks .Old stock made in the USA . The saving grace is once it's done it's unlikely it will ever need done again in my lifetime .
