Gunner, it is a hard one to hear but we can walk you through this. It does take some adjustment but in the end it gets easier. The hardest part for me is mentally, I have followed the rules but health is the same as before. I am a Celiac but I have no normal symptoms.

You now have to read the label on everything, my first tip as it is Saturday and weekend time. Go buy some Corona, now it isn't real beer but it is a safe replacement that you can use to fill the urge and is refreshing. Based on Corn and no need to be careful.

@Adirondackstihl Jeremy is also Celiac and we've chatted some about it too. If you need anything please PM me.

Morning Guys.

I have a bunch of catching up with you miscreants, hope you're all having fun at Scott's. Been a busy week on the road for me and a not good week at home.

Tamara ended up having to surrender our puppy yesterday, he just went nuts without me there trying to be the "man" of the house and became very aggressive towards her and Elliott.
