On a good note I just finished spreading the urea and it started raining.

I've got a 12 acre plot I've been working on. It's been neglected for at least a decade. Sumac trees in bunches, and weeds. I mowed it down in the fall, then again this spring. Sprayed it with 2-4-D heavy right after mowing. Its actually looking pretty good. 90% of the grass is red top....which was very common hay grass here in the 40s and 50s. I'm waiting for a few days for light rain then I'm planning on putting a ton of triple 19 on.

Had the 3rd flood here so far! Guys on the hills have got wheat cut in between rains. Corn that hasn't drowned out looks fantastic! Beans are so so.

Raining now, 3/10 inch so far. since 4.00. 1/2" before that.

Ive been curious about windrowers. They are not very popular around here. Everyone has a NH256 or a V wheel rake around me.

This seems to run well on the tandem axle bogies on not so smooth grazing pasture keep the tractor on low rpm if you run it too fast in dry hay it’ll bring it back out again
