My friend has a even temper it took him
Month's to lose his cool
His new toyota was getting rocked and covered in grass neighbor kept cutting across property line.
He warned the neighbor all he had to do was reverse his direction and stay on his side
Nope wouldn't do it
A 8ft rusty piece of barb wire in the grass
Wrapped around the neighbors spindles
Solved his problem.

Heres what i did just to keep him from swinging over with mower. So that neighbour isnt the one who cuts the lawn its the one beside him. So owner came out this am all pissed and i told him i just dont want my yard so low. He says im gonna get a survey and put a fence up so i said thats a wonderful idea. I was just letting grass cutter know he is cutting on my property so he knows not to. In the one spot it is only quarter inch high from my 2.5 inchs i have mine set.

So property 1 cuts property 2 as well cause he is lazy. My yard is to the right of them.
So property 2 came came out this am when he seen me and thats when he started going off on me. So little history. I used to plow his laneway for free in winter as well as i have helped him go get his vehicle he baught and used mine to tow back on dolly. As well as many other little things. All i was trying to do was stop property.one guy from swinging over my side and scalping it almost to the dirt.

The pics dont do it justice but took a couple more.

I wasnt trying to start an argument just showing cutter wher line is. But hay. I will be pounding some posts in few inchs above with wire running to each. Gonna get my survay out and mark my yard and bring back couple inchs to be safe.

If you can stand the odor, spread out a few truck loads of chicken crap in your back yard, good for the grass and keeps the labor out of the back yard, side yard and front yard. Basically he'll stay in the house.

Found my measurment and the line is about center of the dirt spot in the one pic. I moved the stakes accordingly. Next need to put some metal posts in about 4 inchs and some wire.

Don't know about your area but around here they put the utility poles at the intersection of right-of-way and property lines. They do this so underground utilities (power, communication, etc) for each lot doesn't require a utility easement from an abutter. So you may own more towards the pole.

I'd move. No way in hell could I live lumped in with a pile of people like that. I thought Canada was all about less people per square mile ?????

On another note.....

Sometimes my neighbor drives his zero turn up the road and mows my yard.

See that neighbour moochs and get his cut for free. Im not a charity service anymore. If he wants to pay then we could talk but probly not much talkin goin on after today.

Oh and he also tried to blame me for his shed floor being rotten. He says my sump pump water goes over ther. So i told him i have never seen water flownup hill befor. Thers got to be at least 5 to 6 inch of drop from his line to my house. I got a low spot in my sidenyardni put in on purpose so the pump water can flow to my back yard. I love neighbors lol. Time to get some really loud sh it out and let run in the yard lol
