Hehe. I get lucky once and a while. I do have several huskys but only 1 runner. Oh and the runner is a 288xp. ;)

Porting is near finished. Final digits are 80, 99.5 and 120. Is it normal that one trans is a slightly different number on these from the factory?

I noticed the same thing on my 272 recently. I was kicking around ideas why they may be different. I've seen it on quad ports where the pri/sec are staggered.

Looking nice! But i assume you have to grind the intake port a bit to match the intake?
