Howdy!

I was offered a killer deal from a fellow OPE member from Ireland. @Nighthunter shipped over a MS660 that was in pieces. Basically it's an almost complete set of original parts and few AM pieces thrown in.

My curiosity got the better of me, so I just had to tear into this thing and see what's up. I started cleanup and port work on the OEM cylinder last night. The was some aluminum transfer on the intake side.

Got some initial grinding done on the cylinder. Intake and exhaust widened bit. Ground the lip off the lowers. Haven't touched the uppers yet.

Gotta do a lot of clean up work on the grinding. The only numbers I took before splitting the case was the squish.

Cylinder has a small lip at the top near the squish band, so I'm not going to have any machine work done on this one.

I actually tore into a friends 660 lastnight. He wants me to port it.

My numbers are

Squish .022
Exh 95
Trans 125
Int 79

Thinking about raising the trans to 115 ish. Cant really drop the jug very much to get the exh roof lower as there is not much meat left on the exh side piston skirt.

Awesome Nick. Thanks for sharing your numbers. My squish was around .016-.017 without a gasket. I took it to .020.
