That's why I'm looking for a set of cases for Al now. Let some stuff slip by and I'm gonna make it right sooner or later. I haven't forgot Al

Nah buddy. Not at all. I have OCD and our deal was solid. I just let you know what I didn’t like, and your response was entirely appropriate.

If you find clean cases, keep them. Appreciate the offer.

This saw was listed as a runner and while it may have idled, there is no way it cut wood.

Unfortunately, I bought this saw off of a forum and got a bit taken. Happy I split case, as it became apparent when the build was complete that there were issues.

First clue was starting the saw and it revving without issue with the chainbrake on. No chain movement with brake off? Then the hits kept on coming. Clear coated top cover, bad recoil, leaking caps, no bushings in top cover, bad tank vent, etc...

The new owner was such a sport about it, I threw in a custom badge for free.

I didn’t think Stratton was selling saws here anymore?

Glad you like it.

Build number 4 starts today, after I get ready for this damn storm.

No bread/eggs/milk left on the shelves. Guess everyone makes French toast when it snows.

So Al, what ever happened to the 10mm crank, P+C??? I'm thinking they would fit just fine in the 044 12 mm case that I have!

Hey, when the Tornado(s) hit us last spring, my daughter was w/o power for a week! Luckily, I was out for less than 2 days, but I still ran the generator and will be buying gas today.

Monday will be brutal. High temp predicted to be 9*, and winds of over 40 MPH! Don't want to be out in that, or w/o heat, not even for 1/2 a day!

I have to ask about that Laser bar you have on there, hows the quality compared to other lite bars? I’ve personally never seen anyone in my area use Laser bars so I’m completely unfamiliar with them.

Oh by the way beautiful saw!!!
The laser bars, both regular weight and the lightweight version, that have the Tsumura tip on them are made by Tsumura and are the same quality as them and Total. The laser bars with the single rivet Oregon style tip are either made by Oregon or maybe made in China. I'm not sure
