i'm trying to get the most air I can through the engine, the only way I could off set them from there would be to restrict flow in on or the other, that would be going back words in my mind

Saws don’t need impulse to run at WOT, the Venturi will pull fuel out of the wet side and the open needle out of the fuel line through the pump side. They need impulse to fill the wet side for starting.

If anyone wants to question this, look at the build threads for the China 440’s this year. Impulse line geometry was wrong. Nearly no impulse, saw ran just fine but wouldn’t start or restart for shít.
