Man this rain can stop anytime now. Need to clean up the yard as we keep getting burst of storms that have littered my yard with dead branches and I need to mow again. Going to be a really wet one again today with a high in the upper 60 and then tomorrow the rain leaves but the high will only be in the 50s.

Made it home. House is fine, some water in the garage but thats not going to hurt anything. Driving in last night we drove through running water (just a couple inches of slow water) over Rt 70 and Rt 258 in Kinston. As the tide comes in at the coast the water backs up and re-floods some of those areas. They were starting to close the roads down again with the high tide times as we were coming through. Seeing some of the flooding and destroyed houses/businesses on the way in made me start to worry. A LOT of devastation around here. Have to get supplies out to friends today and get to work.

Going to be ordering a ton of parts, i have over 40 voicemails from local people needing saws repaired ASAP.

Good Morning. 70°F/ 21°C going up to 92°F/ 33°C.

Is it usually that warm this late in to the year? I didn't think Indiana was south, had to check the US Map again and nope...

Good to know your house was spared. Good luck and god speed on the recovery.
