Mornin' Scabbard Sniffers! Headed to 83F today and clear skies.

Successful meeting at the lawyer yesterday. Should have this situation wrapped up by New Year's.

Bureaucracy is real PITA, especially when people try to do shady chit.

It's hard to find a place in Europe that can re-plate chainsaw cylinders. Everybody does cylinders, but not with attached heads.

I took the 2100 apart yesterday and someone has honed their way right through the plating in several places.

Cool wet 61 this morning and going all the way up to 66 this afternoon with more rain. Not sure but I might have been awake enough from the storm to hear some hail in the middle of the night. Didn’t sound like it was much and very small but can’t remember having hail this late in the fall. With this crazy weather this year I’m feeling we are going to have a harsh winter. Just hope we don’t get another Halloween blizzard

Cool deal. I'll shoot him a PM and see what he has. The saw is in darn good shape and actually looks better outside than inside.

I'm guessing the piston seized and the fella took to sanding out the aluminum transfer/scoring and went through the chrome.

@EvilRoySlade was the beneficiary of the second pack raffle goodies I donated...

I'm pretty sure there is only on place that will do a blind cylinder here. Now if you made that a 2 peice head then you'd have way more options.

Lol. That's an option. I think I'll just see if I can turn up a used one. It's just gonna be a milling saw.
