Havent had a problem yet using husqvarna and echo boxes. I pack the saws tight with paper and tape all the way around the box.

Thats what insurance is for then. Ive had plain envelopes get ripped open and contents were stolen. So it could happen to any package

I have shipped close to 300 saws in the last couple yrs, majority have been in factory husky boxes, have never lost 1 yet, knock on wood, those boxes are sturdy built and just the right size.
I recommend not doing that: I had a 461 That never made it across the State of Georgia that was in an OEM Box.
