My suggestion is price to sell and group stuff.
You need to decide if you want to make top dollar with more headaches or make some bucks and just move it. In your situation sounds like volume wins.

This.

Personally, I'd go for a flat-rate box of 044/MS440 jugs for a good/great price over a single for "the going rate". I've always figured if a guy wanted top dollar he'd just go straight to eBay...

Post office should have medium and large. They're free. In fact, you can get on USPS.com and order up a pack or ten packs for free and they'll drop them at your house.

Did I mention all of this is for free??

Rates run something like $15 to ship a medium box and $18 for a large, or thereabouts.

Check online for dimensions and check that against the size of the jugs you've got to see if you can pack multiples in one box. If I had to venture a guess you could fit 4 394 jugs in a large box... but that's a pure SWAG.

Large flat rate box from Palmer, Alaska to Joetown is about $18.

40-45 # of random chain from Valleyfirewood.

Watching our tiny female letter carrier haul it to my front door. Priceless.

There’s regional boxes too that are cheaper than flat rate on some stuff.

It all depends on weight. If it weighs a lot, flat rate is going to be the cheapest.

Just shipped a cylinder head for a stihl in a box about the same size as the head, cost 12.90 to go from sandpoint to new york, it was like 30 cents more to do 3 day delivery. The desk guy told me that a flat rate box ship would have costed more

Unless you live in Canada, Idaho.

The OP has stupid shipping prices from his local USPS.

I guess it cost a lot to feed & house those pack miles & sled dogs to get down them mountains.

Thank God for HughesNet.

I recommend not doing that: I had a 461 That never made it across the State of Georgia that was in an OEM Box.
