Rain messed w my temps, butts at still going.... hanging out at 185. Ribs were great though

Nice looking spares. The butts must have "hit the wall" -- they will finish. Good looking ribs though. Makes me wish I had made some today.

Cooked a little BBQ on Tuesday. Great time with family and some good eats. Butts, ribs, one spatch-cock chicken. One close up of one of the St. Louis style rib before the wrap and the eventual sauce. A pic of the butt on the table ready for the wrap. Also a snap shot of the big ugly pig cooker for the onlookers. :cool::D

Just pulled this off of the smoker. When my wife bought it, she thought it was a Turkey breast. I think Charlie, @amberg cooks chickens that are larger.
Should still make some killer club sandwiches.

240*-250* until the internal temp in the thigh was 165*.
Heavy smoke.
It was good.
