Quick update on the saw. Its running really well. I have been doing some milling with it. I'm running my 36in bar in a 20 inch cherry log.

Agree with Lightning, cool ass mill. Love the adjustment on the height, compared to the usual setup. PS...if you have a battery powered drill you could weld a 1/2 bolt to the top of the shaft and use the drill to speed major adjustments.....of course I am 63, and incredibly lazy....you are likely younger :)
