It's a new Holland 472. Old sickle mower/conditioner.

Thanks for that your hay equipment is so different from ours I haven’t seen a sickle mower for a tractor for years there’s a few pedestrian mowers

I'll be near you in a few weeks. Going to Ocean City, MD. From Baltimore but moved to south of St. Louis in 93. Morse Mill to be exact. If you Google maps it you will see me!.
Ocean city is a good time. Phillips resturaunt. Or the bonfire restaurant. Good seafood. Buffet style little pricey but top shelf. Phillips is my favorite Bonfire is more of a local in the know sorta spot

They show the frame to have a part #. I'll see if it's available & how much next time I'm there. & yes but semi retired.
You fellas cut that out with a torch? Looks pretty good. I’m assuming you gonna stick a new pin in there n weld it up? Any leads on why she broke?

He used some gouging rod setup to begin with. When I got back from town he had switched to the torch & the pin was on the ground. He thought that when they welded it in it might've got to hot & screwed it up.

Not really, the neighbor has two balers, and I have one, We were running all three that day to get a lot of hay done. ( very late here ) Lot more hay yet to do!!

All I know is it took just my father in law and I 10 hours straight to rake, bale and haul home 71 rolls. If we had that many pieces of equipment going we could have been done by lunch!

I also now have a very heavy respect for the full time farmer. I was on a tractor the whole time and was pretty wore out at the end.
