The Husqvarna are adjustable but if you don't have a good dealer then that may not be a good option. The 129l is $199.00
I'm on my third 128, first one coil went out, second had carb issues, third, have ran it but 5 minutes. They have a new model with a Zenoah engine.

I am a Stihl man and Sea foam once a month guy. And bigger for what I need is a good idea. Back in my day Homelite had a good machine. Just put the fuel down the Barrel and away you go.DSCF2245.JPG DSCF2244.JPG Heck a good man could make a good HOT WACKER. LOL. I got into the Bush Honeysuckle extraction program on the farm and I have had great success with severial.

I haven't seen or run one of those in ages. Looks to still be in good shape, takes about 3ft of fuel line though.

First sting trimmer we had was a orange color that Kmart sold back in those days, still have a small bench grinder they use to sale, still using it.

I got this one running but have a small fuel leak where the tank connects to the engine. A little heavy out on the end, but cool.

Well guy's thanks for the input but I went with the Echo.I had gone back and looked at the Stihl but was something I dident like about it and I couldent tell you what it was but something.I have a hard time making a decision about things like this and hope it was the right choice. They took it outside, filled it up and it started second pull and I hope it keeps it up.I could have went cheaper but not more than what I spent.I know I could have gotten a 89.00 unit from WM or HD but dont like throw away tools. Thanks again......

Which Echo? And they are set notoriously lean from the factory. So I'd double check that. My buddy got a 590 from HD last year and called me up say wth it was hard to start and would run right. A few turns later and he was smiling.

Yep, I got one of those as a decoration on my garage. Mine still runs and was never used much. It actually works really well, Homie catalogued them until 1987 or so. They are much better than the crappy ones that replaced it.

I’d go with an echo srm-230. I have a srm-2200 from the 1980s. It is still going strong. My dad has two SRM-230s and he really likes them

The fs91 looks pretty solid, more or less the same trimmer as the fs90.
Same price too.
