That's the screen out of the carb. It's plugged solid with crud.

Fuel filter was present. The fuel I dumped out was brown and stunk up my whole shop. I have a feeling that the plugged up screen caused it to run lean and score. At that point the saw got shelved for several years until buddy brought it to me
More than likely. It's completely crazy how some of them manage to plug with fines even though the fuel system is basically sealed.
Do you think some of the videos are slowing down the server to much? The saw video thread is 673 pages. I'm sure some of that could go away with out to many complaints. Just delete some of the older stuff.
I think those are just links to you tube. But I'm not entirely certain
I'm not sure either, but it does take a lot longer for one of those pages to load then another non video thread page.
Just trying to figure out a way to help the problem is all.
