Square chain.

Here's a clip of it cutting much harder wood. The right side teeth on the chain hit a rock and I spent the rest of the time trying to keep it straight. I don't think it slowed it down all that much though.

Old school cool...Do you have an air filter on it?

Duane , you're going to have to practice to beat @PA Dan daughter.
Brought these home from @czar800's place on Sunday. Sarah saw them and asked can we cut today?

If monies were not a concern you could always buy the .325 bar and change the tip. A regular laminated stihl 16" is probably close to same weight in that length anyway. Looks like chainsaw Jim has the power there for you.
Yea, I have Still bars and there's not a damn thing wrong with them. I like shiny stuff. (had to google that)

One thing I have left to do is get the carb perfect so tuning is not a challenge. I'm still a little slow from this flu or hay fever that has been kicking my ass for the last 6 days.

Ever try this stuff? 15258166350372150836960948677752.jpg works pretty good for me. I was out cleaning the gutters of oak blooms and could barely see before I took a shot of this.
