This will be @Duane(Pa)'s 026 build thread.

All parts have been cleaned up and now it's ready to put back together.

First thing's first... the seals. They pass a vac and pressure test, but will get replaced anyways.

I use the stihl puller on them little buggers

Someday I’ll get me one of them.
For now, I just split the case and pop em out from the inside with a socket.....

I've come up with a couple of good designs that I like , made out of screwdrivers. ...I use them right smart, I think the key is knock them loose ,then pull them out....

I poke a lit seal bomb in the intake and rotate the piston to bdc before diving for cover.
When that doesn't work I use a puller.

I use a variety of .25 mangled stihl
Tuning screwdrivers hooks ground into them.
To pull the *s-word out of them

Cylinder, flywheel, clutch, and coil back in place.

Tank, handle, muffler, and top cover.

Tree Monkey muffle deflector.

That works fine until you've already split the case and did bearings. Then you jack the seal up putting the new one in.

That's what I did.

Split the case, took bearings and seals out. Put it all back together with new bearings. Then I fuggered up one of the seals installing it. Sure as hell ain't gunna split it to get the seal out.

Did you do anything to the cylinder to get 200 psi. Ie machine/sand the top and bottom.
